Finding the right builder to partner with is a critical first step to ensuring you love your new custom home. Initial Consultation. After receiving your inquiry, Mike & Linsey meet with you to understand your goals, expectations, and requirements for your new home. This is also when they learn about your lot, define the scope of the project, and give you a better idea of the next steps.
Pre-Construction Meetings. After your initial consultation, Mike will meet with you onsite to survey the property and gather all the pre-construction details. This covers a budget discussion and provides you with a realistic idea of the projected home-building cost.
Design Phase. The preliminary design phase occurs before construction and includes architectural layout and design themes. Throughout the construction process you finalize selections on finishes and special touches with your interior design specialist to ensure that every detail is in place.
Construction Phase. During construction, Mirikeen meets with you weekly to discuss the status of your project, along with the plans for the coming week, including regular emails regarding updates in the projected timeline.
Final Walkthrough. Mike & Lindsey do a walkthrough before you ever see the home with the goal of leaving you with zero “blue tape” areas for final inspection. They want their customers to know that they are there for them should any need arise.
