As director of Client Services—a role created specifically for Jesson—he strives to provide premier-level support tailored to each individual’s need, whether seeking assistance in a remodel, staging for selling or seeking something new. An academic background in philosophy taught him the importance of a human-centric approach to business, a key advantage in a firm that treats every client like family.
Extraordinarily passionate about communication and client support, Reed is a warm and engaging Sales Associate, leveraging his experience in customer service to create an atmosphere of care, professionalism and capability in the areas of land acquisition and outreach to both brokers and prospective clients.
